I'm Justin C. Mosley

My passion for real estate is deep and a track record to prove it.

So, I'm dedicated to helping others achieve financial freedom through smart investing in short-term rentals and learning the rules of money.

My Story

Before diving into real estate, I served in the Navy, which provided me with a global perspective. I traveled the world, living in Japan for two years and later in England while attending grad school. These experiences broadened my horizons and shaped my approach to business and investing, giving me unique insights into global markets and economic trends. I earned a master's degree in financial economics, which further solidified my understanding of financial principles and investment strategies.

My journey into real estate began with a triplex in West Palm Beach. Taking that (risk) by investing in something I believed in, highlighted the possibilities of what short-term rental (STR) could be. I saw an opportunity in a space that was largely un-institutionalized and lacked sophistication but was fundamentally about cash flow. By focusing on force appreciating properties and maximizing cash flow, I found a Blueprint* that worked for me and will work for you.

Family and Motivation

Coming from Baltimore, my world view was shaped by my upbring. Growing up without a dad and experiencing my mom's imprisonment during high school shaped my views on family and resilience. These experiences instilled in me a deep drive to build a better life for my family. Real estate has provided that opportunity, creating an amazing life for myself and my children. We're now building our dream home in Jupiter, Florida, a testament to the incredible journey we've been on.
